Human Resource Manager

Our client, a world class manufacturer in the Guelph area, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources. Preference for someone with their CHRP/CHRL
• At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Manager with a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• High Energy, able to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities include:

• Creates both short and long term plans for the HR department
• Leads and develops the HR team
• Actively participate as a functional resource on the business team, integrating human resources into the business strategy.
• Ensures an open door process
• Offers employee counseling and performance feedback, when required.
