HCR specializes within the light industrial and manufacturing industries. This includes positions such as Automotive Production Labourer, Assembler, Machine Operator, Forklift Operator, General Labourer, Press Operator, CNC Operator, Quality Inspector, and many more! We also place qualified candidates into Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, and Customer Service Representative jobs.

Once you have completed our Online Application Questionnaire our recruitment team will review and evaluate your qualifications, matching you to a job assignment. If no match is immediately found, your application remains in our system for future consideration. A Recruiter from your local HCR office will contact you to arrange an interview, schedule applicable testing/evaluations, and present the details of the work assignment. If successful, an orientation session will be confirmed. During orientation, employment documents will be completed, as well as important information shared to fully prepare you for your placement. Upon completion of orientation, you will be provided with written job placement details for your first day of work!

You will be paid weekly, each Friday. Our standard form of payment is processed through direct deposit. However, should you require a cheque be mailed to you, we can do that too. Your weekly paystubs, work history, and annual T4’s are available to you 24/7 through our Employee Connect online portal.
